IAM Global Imports Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced remote Sales Import Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in Jamaica and responsible for selling our products and services to customers in the Caribbean region.

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge
• Continuously develop and improve sales and marketing strategies

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in the Caribbean region
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of import and export regulations
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must; other languages will be a plus
• Ability to work remotely and have a reliable internet connection
